CEO
In 2011, I started Accutech with just myself and one other guy, crawling under houses to install internet modems, phones, and DVRs for customers. The next thing you know, 2 became 3, 3 became 20, 20 became 100, and so on. We grew the company into Fiber optic Cable Construction, building hardline Fiber300 miles at a time. No matter how fast or large we grew, we never lost sight of one very important fact: details matter. Big or small, details matter. I believe one reason we were so successful is that we were never too big to keep doing the small jobs that got us here in the first place. To this day, we still have a team in place that does the small jobs the same way it was when we were given our shots. Never forget where you come from, and those who help you get there. When you and your company climb the ladder, don’t forget to stop every rung, admire the view, and thank those who were instrumental in helping you along.
“But, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” Joshua 24:15. Still have a team in place that does the small jobs the same way it was when we were given. I believe one reason we were so successful is that we were never too big to keep doing every rung, admire the view, and thank those who were instrumental in helping you along
